Origin

We’re a team of industrial engineers.

We have worked on more than 70 ERP projects and spent years on factory floors across textile, plastics, engineering, food and steel.

The wall

We tried every ERP on the market.

And every time we hit the same wall — none of them fit Egyptian SMEs or our manufacturing reality. Built abroad, for a different world.

×Generic ERP Atoo complex

×Generic ERP Bno Arabic flow

×Generic ERP Cmonths of training

×Generic ERP Dpriced for enterprise

The turn

In 2024, we stopped recommending. We started building.

FLAPP was built around how Egyptian and MENA factories work, not as a translated foreign product.

The proof

v1 وصل المصنع، وبدأنا نتعلم منه. v1 reached the factory, and we started learning from it.

With every rollout, we review what made logging easier and what needs adjustment. The goal is to support real work, not force a new way of working.
