ما هو FLAPP Steel؟What is FLAPP Steel?
في الهياكل المعدنية المكسب بيتحدد في الورشة: لوح اتقص وفضل منه كتير، قطاع اتشرى بسعر أعلى من اللي المشروع اتسعّر عليه، أو شحنة رجعت من الجلفنة بوزن مختلف ومحدش راجعها. من غير تتبع، تكلفة الطن بتبقى تقدير، وخسارة المشروع مش بتبان غير بعد ما يخلص.
In steel fabrication the margin is decided in the shop: a plate cut with too much left over, a section bought above the price the project was quoted on, or a load back from galvanising at a different weight that nobody checked. Without tracking, cost per ton is a guess, and a project shows its loss only after it is done.

لسه لأ. FLAPP Steel هو نفس المنصة الشغالة في مصانع البلاستيك والأثاث والرخام، متجهزة لتشكيل الحديد والهياكل المعدنية. في أول زيارة بنرسم مراحل شغلك ونظبط النظام عليها.
Not yet. FLAPP Steel is the same platform that runs plastics, furniture and marble plants, set up for steel fabrication. In the first visit we map your stages and set the system up around them.
ينفع نسعّر بالوزن وبالقطعة؟Can we price by weight and by item?
أيوه. كل صنف ليه وحدة قياسه — كيلو أو طن أو متر أو قطعة — وبنود عرض السعر والعقد بالكمية وسعر الوحدة.
Yes. Each item has its own unit — kilo, ton, metre or piece — and quotation and contract lines carry a quantity and a unit price.
بتتابعوا الشغل اللي بيروح الجلفنة والدهان؟Do you track work sent for galvanising and painting?
أيوه. أمر تشغيل خارجي بحركة البضاعة لكل مقاول، والخارج والراجع بالوزن، ومستحقات كل مقاول في الحسابات.
Yes. An outsourcing order with goods movement for each partner, sent and returned by weight, and each partner’s dues in the books.
تكلفة الطن بتتحسب إزاي؟How is cost per ton calculated?
الخامة بتاخد تكلفتها من أمر الشراء وتكلفة الوصول، والتكلفة بتنتقل للقطع حسب نصيبها من اللوح، وكل مرحلة بتضيف العمالة والكهربا والإهلاك من مصفوفة مراكز العمل.
Material takes its cost from the purchase order and the landed cost; cost passes to parts by their share of the plate, and every stage adds labour, power and depreciation from the work-centre matrix.
هل النظام بالعربي؟Is the system in Arabic?

لا، ده خيار بنشغّله لما تكون جاهز. النظام كامل من غيره، ولما يشتغل عمره ما بيحفظ حاجة من غير تأكيدك.
