في مصنع الرخام، البلوك الواحد ممكن يكسّب أو يخسّر حسب اللي حصل له على المنشار وفي التلميع. من غير تتبع، تكلفة المتر بتبقى متوسط تقديري، والفاقد بيضيع وسط الأرقام.
In a marble plant a single block can win or lose depending on what happens to it at the saw and on the polishing line. Without tracking, cost per square metre is a rough average and the loss disappears in the totals.
