Richie Furniture: from selection to delivery — all on FLAPP ERP

The system — Showrooms, factory and accounts on one system

Richie Furniture runs entirely on FLAPP ERP: the showrooms, AI-assisted furniture selection, contracts and instalments, job orders in the factory, and the accounts. Each customer has one journey, and every department sees the same journey.

The CRM — Each customer, and everything about them, in one place

Every customer has one record: where they came from, their visits, quotations, contracts, payments and instalments. The whole team can see every showroom — so no customer is forgotten when a salesperson changes. The rules live inside the system: an extra discount needs the showroom manager's approval, and no payment is recorded before the contract is signed.

AI configurator — See chosen pieces in the room image before deciding

From the showroom or remotely, the salesperson describes what the customer wants to the AI assistant in Arabic — typed or spoken. The assistant asks about the room, its measurements, the budget and the style, and recommends pieces from the real catalog. From the room's measurements or its plan, it produces an image of the chosen pieces in a room of the same size — so the customer decides while looking at it.

The catalog — Each product is set up once

Each product is entered in the catalog once: it gets its code automatically, and its default specs are saved with it. A salesperson picks the product in a quotation or a contract and the specs fill in by themselves — and can still be adjusted if the customer wants something different.

Customer portal — Customers follow their order while it's being made

Every contract has a private link for the customer. They open it, enter the contract number printed on their copy, and see where their order is: signed, in production, or ready for delivery — with the status of every piece, the payments made and still due, and the delivery date.

Accounting — Contracts and payments reach the books on their own

Accounting is linked to sales and production. Each contract is booked as a sale on its own, every payment with its receipt goes to the customer's account, and the instalment schedule always equals the contract value. If the contract changes, the entry and the instalments change with it.

The AI — Management asks in Arabic, the answer comes from the data

Management types a question in Arabic, and the assistant answers from the live sales data. It only reads — it cannot change anything in the system.

In their words — “Zero lost orders.”
